The poster of Lady Liberty was presented to all KIA & Wounded in Action with their name & Unit at the bottom, signed by Woodrow Wilson at bottom. The Purple Heart Medal was not created until February 22, 1932. But retro active to veterans on or after April 5, 1917, with the U.S. military. Notice Dog Tag round & aluminum. Also note only one ribbon with named Campaign Bars, two of the worst in the history of combat.
